This Refund Policy explains the refund terms offered by Feng Shui Home ("we") for transactions processed through the Creem payment platform. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all refund processing.
Credit packs are digital consumer goods delivered immediately upon purchase to your account. All credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Please confirm the amount of credits you need before purchasing.
Subscription services are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but paid fees for the current period are non-refundable. After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
We may consider refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:
1. Duplicate charges due to technical errors
2. Services that cannot be used due to system issues
3. Other situations where refunds are required by applicable laws and regulations
To request a refund, please email services@feng-shui.homes with your order number and reason for refund. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days. All refunds will be returned to your original payment method according to Creem's processing timelines.
If you have questions about a transaction, please contact us first via our support email. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Initiating a bank chargeback directly may result in account suspension.
